I loved this course - the meditation, journalling and theme video each day were such a good way to start the day on a positive note and bring some intention/areas of focus into each day. I found it very grounding to have the reminder each morning to take care of myself and others. It's just helped me put a better lens on everything happening in the world and my part in it. I think I am going to repeat the course again for the next 7 days so that I can stay in this mindset and let the teachings sink in a litte more.
